AMERICAS

Arabica coffee (the super-coffee) is grown throughout the jungles of Central and South America, as well as in the Caribbean islands. Coffee is often grown at high altitudes in volcanic soil which gives the beans a brightness and sweetness, and taste varies from light-bodied coffees in Central America to heavier-bodied in South America.
