If you could leave a message in a bottle (a very small message in a very small bottle), how would you introduce yourself?

Hi, My name is Dawid, I am married, would love to have three kids to start with, triplets if possible. I am passionate about music and about people in general. I am intrigued by the way people interact and what makes them dance. I love to think that I am a son in every house. Super chilled.

What is your coffee-making ritual? (which brewing method do you use)

I stand at the hand of a coffee connoisseur and follow close instructions. But other than that, I prefer stove top, Bialetti, with 75% full cream milk heated up in the microwave at 2 minutes 20 seconds on full if there are two 270ml cups in scope. These are then topped up with medium roast Legado Coffee.

If you could only drink one coffee origin for the rest of your life, what would it be and what do you enjoy about it?

Lately I very much enjoy the Mexican Altura, very soft and vibey. But before that the previous batch of Guatemala Antigua was a favourite, fruity and playful.

Tasty treat with your coffee or pure, straight-up and solo?

Pure, straight-up and solo. But I can add, my wife has been cooking up some killer cheesecake lately that has brought me to my knees many a time. With some Mexican Altura accompanying it, I can’t think of a better combination.

At Legado we are inspired by the pioneers and explorers of old, breaking open new frontiers & changing landscapes. If you were one day pondered upon as such a character in history, what would you like to be remembered for?

Someone that lived out what he prayed up. Someone that lead so that others can lead further. Someone that counted all things towards eternity. Someone that loved so that he could inspire others.
