Grown by dedicated producers and fully washed for clarity of flavour, these beans spend two patient months resting inside reclaimed whiskey barrels. During this time, they absorb the lingering character of the spirit and the fragrant whisper of oak.
Behind this process stands Andres Mauricio—a pioneer who has dedicated over 15 years to perfecting the art of coffee cultivation and ageing. Inspired by Manizales’ proud history of coffee and liquor production, he set out to create something truly singular. This release is the result: a coffee that balances tradition with invention in every sip.
